HiiT30 Personal Training Studio offers you the possibility to work on your specific aims with me as your dedicated experienced fitness coach in complete privacy. I have 28 years’ experience in the fitness industry, and I believe strongly in the power of positive input, respect and of leading by example.
High-intensity interval training (HiiT) and Intermittent Fasting (IF) and/or the Ketogenic eating plan are three areas where research challenged the way we have looked at both exercise and eating patterns in the past.
Why 30 minutes of exercise sessions?
In my experience, 30 minutes of focused exercise (2 or 3 times per week) is appropriate to bring about positive gains in the areas of strength and cardiovascular fitness. The 30-minute method allows time to focus on flexibility and allows for a sufficient warm-up and cooling down, both important, often neglected fundamentals to exercise and health.
Together HiiT and IF or the ketogenic eating pattern create a time effective and efficient solution for those looking for improved, optimal health in the modern age. In my opinion and experience, these are currently the most realistic options available today for anyone who may be time-restricted and is looking to incorporate a new healthier lifestyle.
