HiiT30 PsTudio is committed to protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

I do everything I can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. HiiT30 PsTudio complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that I will in any case:

Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these goals and type of personal data are described in this privacy policy.
Limit the processing of your personal data to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Ask for your consent if I need it for the processing of your personal data.

As HiiT30 PsTudio you are responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Create an appropriate personal training schedule.
Send an invoice or information by email.
Contact about appointments by email or by phone, WhatsApp or SMS.

For the above purposes, I may request the following personal data from you: name, initials, insertions, address, zip code, city, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, date of birth and information about health and fitness level.

Provision to third parties
I can provide the information you provide to me to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the above-described purposes (example: Physiotherapist). I will of course make the necessary agreements with this party (processor) to guarantee the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, I will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from me in the context of an investigation. In such a case I have to cooperate and am obliged to provide this information. I can also share personal data with third parties if you give me written permission for this.

Retention period
HiiT30 PsTudio does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Security
I have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, I have taken the following measures:

Customer data is stored on a PC which is password protected.
Paper files that must be kept for the tax authorities are kept in boxes in a locker.

Rights regarding your data
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data that I have about you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by me. You also have the right to have the information provided by you transferred by me to yourself or directly to another party if desired. I can logically ask you to identify yourself before I can comply with the aforementioned requests.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, I ask you to contact me about this. If you do not come out with me, I will of course find this very annoying. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy.
